Refund Policy

We want you to love your NugBuggers! Because many of our products are handmade and unique, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products unless documented damage upon receipt

  • Earrings or jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if applicable)

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Please return the original item

  • Place a new order

 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.
