Thank you for shopping with NugBuggers! Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, shipping times may vary.

 

1. Processing Time

• Handmade items: 3–10 business days

• Made-to-order/custom items: 5–14business days

• Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing times for handmade and/or custom items may vary during peak seasons including holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

 

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal carriers

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect shipping addresses

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. NugBuggers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

• Please contact the shipping carrier first

• Then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist

 

7. International Shipping 

We may offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Duties or import taxes

 

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
